How I Healed My Gums & Pre Periodontal Issues:
Floss & use a hydro pick daily
Oil pull with coconut oil, 2 drops of oregano & clove oil for 2 minutes, spit out & rinse
The coconut oil pulls the bacteria out of your mouth & the essential oils kill the bacteria
Brush teeth with probiotics & then swish in mouth for 2 minutes & swallow to re-colonize your mouth with healthy bacteria
Then sometimes I use a drop of peppermint essential oil for that fresh feeling. Now my teeth & gums feel Great!
